In
many ways our most exciting events, our potluck has been a gluten-free smorgasbord
- even the non-Celiac guests have often marvelled at the taste and quality of the
food people bring! Previous items have included home-baked gf pita bread, triple-layer
chocolate cake, pizzelles, eclaires, breadsticks, various baguette mini-sandwiches,
macaroons, and a host of delicious salads, hot food (soup, chilis, etc.), sides,
and appetizers.
Show up with a 100% gluten-free dish. You are welcome to cook OR
purchase it!
November: No meeting. Check back in December!
